£21,200 starting salary
Starting package of £23,184, this is made up of a base salary of £21,200 along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1,484 discretionary performance related bonus.

Whether you’re helping someone about to move into their new dream home, or congratulating them for repaying their mortgage in full, you’ll never know what the next caller might need, and no two customers are the same.
What you will do
You will join our customer services department, an area which is dedicated to providing our customers with an experience that's second to none. You'll use your natural warmth, energy and personality by answering our inbound calls from customers, brokers, solicitors and 3rd parties.
Day-to-day you will complete transactions and enquiries, helping to keep our customers and the bank safe, solving problems and escalating issues when necessary & updating customer records.
Where and when you will do it
This is initially a site-based role, after 6 months leading to a hybrid work-from-home/office arrangement. When working from home, you will be speaking to customers so will need to ensure the environment is fit for purpose.
Shift Times
We’re recruiting full-time roles at 35hrs per week. Shifts will be scheduled within our opening hours which are 08:00-19:00 Monday-Friday & 09:00-14:00 Saturday (lieu days will be given when working Saturdays).
What you’ll get out of it
Your Level 3 Apprenticeship will be located and completed in our Homes Contact Centre based in Teesside where we deal with Mortgages & Loans for our customers
Industry recognised Level 3 Qualification equivalent to an A Level.

Ongoing support from your managers, including regular one-to-ones, development plans and constructive feedback.
What we are looking for in you
At least 1 A-level or equivalent
GCSE in Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above
Good communication and customer service skills
Strong computer and numeracy skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at pace
An ability to build strong relationships with your colleagues and customers
Good Organisational skills and a keen eye for details
Enthusiastic to learn new skills and self-motivated with the confidence to share ideas and embrace new ways of working
Strong decision making and the confidence to speak up
Flexible, approachable and works well under pressure
