About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Academic Office at Kellogg College as our Admissions Officer.
You will play an important role in leading the Admissions process for Kellogg College, working on all aspects and reviewing, devising and implementing systems to manage processes and provide an excellent applicant experience.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining expert knowledge of graduate admissions procedures and systems for both the college and the University as a whole, and providing leadership for the development of new systems and processes for the admissions exercise, identifying needs and testing potential solutions.
You will advise the college on policy and procedure as well as taking responsibility for day-to-day admission operations.
You will be joining the University of Oxford’s most international college, with a unique mix of students: it is the University’s leading college for students reading for degrees on a part-time basis and has a strong and vibrant body of full-time students. The College’s wider academic community includes members drawn from across the full range of academic disciplines in the University.
About you
You will have experience of process design and/or systems management, have a high level of critical and analytical thinking with successful problem solving skills. You will also have a good understanding of applying data protection principles in practice, and the confidence to give presentations to varying audiences. You will also have the proven ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently, adapting when necessary.
