Loganair’s IT department is looking for an IT Support Graduate.
Loganair fly over 1 million passengers each year to 33 destinations across the UK and Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring IT professional to kick-start their IT career within a busy and dynamic IT team.
The Role
As an IT Support Graduate, you will report to the IT Senior Support Manager and work closely with your colleagues to provide an effective and efficient technical support service to over 900 users.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include.
- General Office 365 administration
- Using Active Directory to manage accounts.
- Effectively communicate with customers raising support requests either verbally or electronically whilst managing customer expectations.
- Utilising the internal Ticketing System to log, track and update support tickets through the support process.
- Assisting and managing with SharePoint.
- PC Deployment – Configuring & Deploying devices with Intune.
- Involved with management of Cloud Telephony services and products.
- Assist with continuous improvement projects as required.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Occasional out of hours support for business-critical systems.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System (Essential)
- Competent in Office 365 Applications (Word, Excel, Teams etc)
- Familiar with basic networking principles (TCP/IP)
- An understanding of cloud technologies is desired but not an essential requirement
- Any experience in an IT environment is beneficial but not essential.
Qualifications (Essential Requirement)
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a related IT subject.
