IT Support Engineer - Central London - £45,000 - £55,000

A global FinTech client of ours is looking for a career driven 3rd line support engineer to join it’s multi functional team!
What you will be doing:
You will be an integral part of a fast-paced team that manages, maintains and supports their cloud-based systems. This includes Google Workspace & MS technologies and services whilst also giving end-user support to their expanding team. You will be splitting your time across project work and escalations from the support line team, working closely with our Service desk, infrastructure, and Network Team on a day-to-day basis.
What technical experience you will need:
- (Google Workplace, Jira, Slack, Zoom etc)
- Ideally good exposure to Audio Visual (Lots of project work coming up)
- Good comms - capable of VIP support
