Do you posses an experience and passion for providing IT Technical Support?
We are looking to hire an ambitious IT expert for new a IT support role at our Nuneaton office.
Your job will be to provide technical support to maintain the organisation’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that our staff can maintain a high level of productivity.
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
- Manage staff email accounts from our VPS, this includes adding autoresponders for absences and maintaining good housekeeping
- Provide product related IT support for our customers on site
- Maintain VoIP telephone system, making changes to call routing as and when required
Whats required?
- Excellent customer service skills as you will be liaising with 3rd party organisations and customers
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Previous working experience in IT support for 3 years
- In depth knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, cloud based hosting, VoIP systems and general IT hardware
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
