Job Title: IT Support

About the Trust

The Trust is one of the largest specialist mental health providers in the country, providing inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bolton, the city of Manchester, Salford, Trafford and Wigan, and a wide range of specialist mental health and addiction services across Greater Manchester, the north west of England and beyond.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Providing the resources for the Hardware Replacement Team

· Providing daily and weekly reports to line manager

· Delivering IT equipment to services

· Bring back IT equipment to IM&T

· Completing handovers in both Prestwich and other sites

· Liaising within team and 2nd line team

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills

· Previous NHS Experience

· Good customer service skills/ experience

· Excellent organisational skills

· Ability to carry IT equipment
