Job Summary
Role and Responsibility
This key role is to assist within the food and beverage areas within Infinite Durham Multi Activity Park, maintaining high standards of service and experience ensuring all employees buy into the company vision.
Expectation
· Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
The main areas of the park will be the Infinite Air Cafe, Extra Time Café Bar, Extra Time Takeaway, plus ancillary facilities within the stadium including meeting rooms, Stadium Lounge Bar, Kitchen, and toilet facilities.
Job Role
Working in a fast-moving environment you will be part of a team delivering excellent customer service.
Café Bar responsibilities include maintaining and building the Cafes revenue, cash handling. You will ensure efficient operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Maintaining the venue’s good image and suggest ways to improve
Uphold good customer service practices
Providing customers with high levels of service during their visit
Processing orders accurately
Operating equipment safely and efficiently
Performing start up and close down procedures within the Venue
Applying food hygiene standards in line with company standards manual
Accurately dealing with cash and card payments
Age 18+ due to alcohol licensing laws
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-12 per week
Salary: £5.20-£9.30 per hour
