Job description
We are currently seeking an IT Support Assistant to join our Head Office in Braintree.
Working within a team of 4, your main role will consist of supporting the following:
- Server 2012/2016/2019
- Domain control
- Antivirus
- Hardware (printers / phones / computers)
- Software support to our 174 branches
Other roles can include:
- Required to drive to the branches for installs or replacement of equipment
The ideal candidate will have:
- A basic knowledge of Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Server.
- A basic knowledge of networking infrastructure.
- 3 years of experience working within the IT helpdesk environment or equivalent within computing.
- A willingness to learn and expand knowledge independently.
- A full UK Manual Car Driving Licence (Required).
Training will be provided but prior knowledge in IT systems and networking infrastructure would be beneficial.
