Job description

Job Title: IT Support & Development

We are a growing ready meal business and in our ner venture of vending and remote stores we are looking for a hardworking, creative and proactive individual to support us in IT and our new software development.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
- Assist with the implementation of new technology solutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system performance and reliability
- Document technical procedures and create user guides

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service

Desired:

- Knowledge of food business and Indian/Pakistani foods will be a plus.
