Role: IT Service Support Analyst / IT Customer Support
Location: Remote working
Salary: £20,000 - £21,500 per annum + benefits

Our leading client are looking for an IT Customer Support analyst to join their organisation at a busy time due to a large period of growth. The successful candidate will provide customer service, technical support and user assistance to the clients customers.

Skills and experience required

• Strong customer service experience
• Good knowledge of IT skills
• Microsoft Windows (7 & 8)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organisation skills / collaboration / communication / interpersonal skills
• Excellent client facing skills and experience to ensure relationships are kept strong.
• Experience in support / helpdesks
