We are now looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent, basis in Leeds (regular travel to various Yusen sites will be required).
You will be expected to work on a rotational shift basis: Midnight - 8am, 8:30am - 5pm and 4:30pm – 1am with the opportunity to work remotely, subject to business requirements.

The Role
As an IT Support Analyst, you will troubleshoot and fix individual and business IT issues, identifying trends in tickets and working to resolve the bigger picture issues.
You will provide 2nd line user, hardware, software and network support for staff across multiple sites via our incident and request management system (Service Now), phone and email.
Ensuring training is given to 1st line support team members, you will work with 3rd line colleagues to increase your own knowledge.

- Provide infrastructure support
- Ensure data backups capture all data
- Work with project teams to transition projects into business as usual
- Ensure anti-virus tools are up to date
About You
To be considered as an IT Support Analyst, you will need:
- IT support experience
- Experience of computer hardware and/or software innovation and delivery
- TCP and IP and networking experience
- Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience
- The ability to perform complex troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose and correct problems
- Knowledge of Active Directory user and group management
- Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills
- An MCSE certification
- A full, valid driving licence (the role will require occasional travel around the UK)
