1st line IT Support Analyst - Basingstoke - Up to £30k
This a Great opportunity for a passionate IT-orientated individual to join a well-established client based in Basingstoke. The successful IT Support Analyst should have experience working in an IT support environment, with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team. The role will involve troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining the IT equipment within a global company operating in the food production and importing sector. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established company to support the business with any IT issues it may face.

Required SKILLS
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including PC's, Laptops, Tablets, Server & Networking.
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows 10, server 2008 upwards.
- Admin and application support experience with Office 365.
- Working knowledge of networks, printer, and telephony technologies
- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic and remote support tools
- Good Communication Skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
