This exciting Technical Support Analyst role for a London based MSP
Ideal Candidate:
- Acting as first point of contact on the IT Service Desk with responsibility for the initial logging of faults raised by service users, relating to all IT hardware and software and general enquiries.
- Providing 1st line service desk support: diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving known hardware and software issues.
- Pro-active operational monitoring check completed daily
- Willing to work on call hours on a rota basis (for extra income)
- Must have a desire and passion for continuous service improvement
- Initial triage and assessment of issues raised. Obtaining any required authorisations and ensuring that the ticket contains all the required details to start investigations.
- MSP experience advantageous
- Driven junior individual/Graduate - lack of experience doesn't matter if willing to learn
