Managing a team of Finance Associates including responsibility for performance management and appraisal
Ensuring accounting ledgers are maintained appropriately in a timely manner to facilitate the reporting requirements of the
Ensuring that monthly and quarterly reporting is accurate and is delivered on time across the team
Responding to queries from key stakeholder such as the client, internal/external audit and Group Reporting
Performing required reconciliations on trial balance accounts for all entities under your responsibility to the stipulated deadlines and the resolution of arising differences
What you’ll bring.
Part-qualified AAT/ACA/ACCA/equivalent or qualified by experience in accountancy role
Good experience of leading a small team
It would also be nice for you to have.
Understanding account payables and receivables
Excel skills – intermediate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and to work well under pressure

This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working model, where you will be expected to work from the Milton Keynes office 2 days/week.
