Job description
IT Support Analyst needed by this global professional services firm in their London City Head Office. The role will report directly to the Head of IT supporting an office of 70 users, in person and virtually.
Responsibilities are broad and include providing 1st and 2nd Line support on software and hardware, software installations, configurations and updates, managing new starter IT inductions and communication with 3rd party providers to coordinate and resolve issues.
The right IT Support analyst is likely to have upwards of 2 years experience in 1st / 2nd Line IT Support, with solid skills supporting Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, Office 365, Outlook, Teams / Zoom, Wired and wireless networks as well as exposure to audio visual facilities. Any Cloud experience would be an advantage.
First class communication skills both verbal and written are a must as is a real commitment to providing first class customer service.
