We are looking for a determined self-starter to join our growing business based in Gildersome, Leeds.
We offer a variety of services and products to our customers, from telephone systems and IT solutions to security and access control. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with experience supporting customers with all of the above.
As well as on-the-job training and development, we offer full training to all our team members in all the tech solutions we offer to our customers.
Duties you'll perform
This is a varied and fulfilling role, which will include telephone-based support and on-site assistance for our valued customers where required.
- Support with all services offered by Optionbox, including telephony, IT, and security and access control.
- Answering calls and logging tickets on our helpdesk.
- Managing tickets to ensure we meet SLA and offer a professional service to our customers.
- Telephone and on-site assistance for customers requiring support.
- Administrative tasks such as updating tickets, assigning duties to the correct department, and updating workflow documentation.
Qualifications and experience you'll have
This IT support analyst role requires the following qualifications and experience.
Qualifications
- UK driving licence.
Experience
- Experience using and managing telephone systems such as Horizon and Wildix.
- Experience using Microsoft 365, Azure, and Exchange.
- Knowledge of IT security products.

- Problem solving skills.
