EndtoEnd provides intuitive cloud-based business management packages, tailored specifically for timber window manufacturers and installers. We cover every stage of the process from enquiry to quotation, design and manufacture, right through to installation or delivery - completely streamlining the workflow.

In the past five years, we have continued to develop a market-leading solution to expand our client list which now includes many of the industry’s most respected and progressive companies.

We are looking to strengthen our support and implementation team with a Graduate based in the West Yorkshire area.

About the graduate role:

The role is focused on new client implementation projects, user support and development testing.

We are looking for:

A graduate in a technology or business-related subject
A quick learner with excellent IT skills (we require the successful candidate to become a “superuser” of our system so that they can support customers from an early stage)
Ability to take responsibility for issues or projects and follow through to completion
Willingness to go the extra mile to make our customers happy.
Some experience of the Construction or Joinery industry would be an advantage
Full UK Driving Licence

The role would be primarily office based in Ripponden, West Yorkshire with some travel to client premises (currently in the UK only) when required.

Duties of the graduate role

Online and phone-based system and customer support.
Training and support for new client implementations.
Configuring new client systems
Testing new software/ developments.
Answering Phone Calls.
Logging support calls.
General Administration.
