Salary: Starting at£25,878 per year (Grade 6), plus shift allowance

Contract: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours’ per week

Hours: Early and lateshift pattern, between 6am and 10pm

Location: YPO Headquarters, 41 Industrial Park, Wakefield WF2 0XE

Are you a proactive problem solver with a strong passion for delivering exceptional IT support? If so, YPO is seeking a motivated individual to join our Service Desk team as an IT Support and Engagement Officer.

In this role, you will draw on expertise to assist our internal and external users in resolving IT issues they may encounter. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to guide individuals through step-by-step solutions with patience and clarity, both on-site and remotely, delivering a positive and efficient experience.

You will take pride in being well organisation, demonstrating the ability to independently manage tasks, work in a team, and prioritise workload effectively. Your forward-thinking approach allows you to plan ahead and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or customer service, and as a team we strive to consistently deliver an outstanding experience.
