IT Systems Support Engineer – insurance, IT support, automation – Permanent – Hybrid - London
£45,000 - £50,000

A Specialty and Reinsurance company is looking for a IT Systems Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis to provide global IT support to the company.
In this role, you will be providing both first and second line support to stakeholders within the business as well as problem solve technical issues. You will work on onboarding and offboarding processes, installations, upgrades and IT initiatives.
Our client is looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in an IT support role.
• Experience working with Windows 10/11 and Office 365 applications.
• Knowledge of Powershell scripting and Intune management (experience is beneficial).
• Exposure to Automation, Autopilot, Sharepoint, Azure AD and/or Citrix is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.

The expectation is that you will be onsite 3 days per week in rotation with one of the other engineers.
