Working hours:
You would work on an alternating week-on/week-off schedule. Tuesday to Tuesday each scheduled week.
You will work from home and cover the out of hours period when the office is closed.
Mon-Fri 7am to 9am and 5pm to 10pm
Weekends 8am to 10pm
You will tend to any emergency phone calls and check the online verifications screen
Qualifications needed:
- Experience and understanding in domiciliary or care setting
- MUST be passionate about Care and providing a high standard of service to our clients

Primary Duties:
- Manage the Out of Hours service each week [2 full weeks in a month]
- Monitor all field activities and participate in team meetings
- Submit daily email reports to the office team and report issues to the care Manager
- Liaise with the Management and office team on a regular basis
- Maintain confidentiality at all times for all client/caregiver information.
- Attend care calls in emergency
