Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Student Support specialist to join our team at our Luton campus. The successful candidate will provide technical support and guidance to students across a range of IT-related issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to students via phone, email, and in-person
- Fix hardware and software problems on PCs, laptops, and portable electronics.
- Operating systems and software must be installed, configured, and maintained.
- Control user access to resources on the network, passwords, and user accounts.
- Educate consumers on how to use hardware and software by offering them some basic training.
- Identify and fix difficult technological issues in conjunction with other IT employees.
- Use our IT service management system to track support issues and their resolutions.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in an IT-related degree program or have recently graduated.
- Strong technical skills in Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and stay up to date with new technologies and trends.
- Familiarity with IT service management systems is a plus.
