IT Operations Manager needed to manage and support the Group IT operations function for a leading recruitment business.
This is a hands-on IT operations management role, aimed at someone who has retained their technical capabilities, and is still interested in applying these IT skills.
Based out of Sheffield with travel to other UK sites as required. Hybrid remote working – typically 3 days WFH and 2 days from the office in Sheffield . Start June/July 2023.
Key experience + tasks will include:
Managing the day-to-day IT operations of the business + relationships with 3rd party IT partners.
Acting as the key point of contact for IT operations support on-site.
Key Tasks: IT systems / server admin, managing escalated IT ops incidents, IT procurement / POs, IT asset tracking + Mobile Device Management (MDM).
Managing small scale IT projects including: office moves, Office 365, MS SharePoint, laptop builds for new starters, etc.
Owning / implementing IT process and IT systems improvements, and maintaining Antivirus estate.
Technical Environment: Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Messaging, Endpoint Manager, Laptops, Desktop PCs, Applications.
