Come and be part of an innovative and forward-thinking team; The Core Skills Training department based at our Force Training School, Nottinghamshire Police Force Headquarters are looking to recruit an Administrator on a 37 hours per week basis.

As a Core Skills Administrator you will support the delivery and aims of the Learning and Development department, providing key administrative services supporting the delivery of learning that develops the workforce for the future.
Part of this role will be to assist with the planning and administration of courses taking place at the force training school, liaising with delegates, visitors and training staff. You will manage core admin processes, providing a confidential customer focussed administrative service.
Your past experience will enable you to carry out administrative/process work and maintain digital filing systems, including timetabling and scheduling using MS365.
You will be ensuring security of all confidential and computer produced documents according to the force policy and the Data Protection Act and undertaking such other duties commensurate with the post, as may be required for the safe and effective performance of the role.
