Junior IT Officer | Entry Level IT Role | Bristol | Up to £23,000 + Bonus | 2 Stage Interview Process

Yolk Recruitment are working with a Bristol based software company looking for a Junior IT engineer to join their support team.

This is an entry level role & the perfect candidate will be a recent graduate or college leaver looking to get their first commercial opportunity in IT.

The successful candidate will join a close knit team providing 1st / 2nd line software & application support to the companies external user base. Full training will be provided & whats really important is you have a willingness & aptitude to learn & grow.

They're based in Bristol & operate hybrid working with 3 days per week on-site.

Main Responsibilities:

• 1st Line internal IT support (hardware & software).
• Supporting external application users i.e. SQL queries.
• Resolving 1st line issues.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrable interest in IT i.e. college / university degree / qualifications.
• Willingness & aptitude to learn.
• Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to SQL would be a bonus.

Benefits:

• Salary up to £23,000
