We are looking for an IT Apprentice to join our team to help us develop and maintain our systems. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, interested in technology and keen to learn more. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the IT field in a rapidly growing company. The IT Apprentice will be responsible for assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to end users.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring hardware and software issues across our network of sites.
- Installation of IoT sensors and other hardware at customer sites.
- Provide technical support to cutomers.
- Conduct basic maintenance.
- Create user accounts and manage access privileges.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software components.
Qualifications:
- A-level in IT or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Required Skills
- Windows 10/11 high level
- Networking (LAN IP Addresses)
- Internal PC component setup and installation
- Will require a Full UK driving license and use of own car to travel to customers sites around London and the Kent area.
- Linux (Ububtu) (not essential)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
