We are looking for an IT Apprentice to join our team to help us develop and maintain our systems. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, interested in technology and keen to learn more. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the IT field in a rapidly growing company. The IT Apprentice will be responsible for assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to end users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring hardware and software issues across our network of sites.
  • Installation of IoT sensors and other hardware at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support to cutomers.
  • Conduct basic maintenance.
  • Create user accounts and manage access privileges.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software components.

Qualifications:

  • A-level in IT or equivalent
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Required Skills

  • Windows 10/11 high level
  • Networking (LAN IP Addresses)
  • Internal PC component setup and installation
  • Will require a Full UK driving license and use of own car to travel to customers sites around London and the Kent area.
  • Linux (Ububtu) (not essential)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
