Core tasks:
To ensure IT and software systems are kept up to date with installations and are monitored for any faults, and try to solve them
Complete agreed internal reporting and communication as required by Site Manager
Support all users when and if necessary
Train new users within the Newcold facility
Be in close contact with the software supplier
Maintain all open cases within the Davanti Portal
Install and maintain hardware products (desktops, forklift screens, servers, telephony, WMS equipment)
Additional tasks:
Assisting the operation as required by the site, including:
Share best practice and standards with colleagues in other Newcold sites, and join collaborative projects
Continually look to opportunities for improvement
Working hrs: Mon - Fri 08:00am 16:30pm
Salary: (BC2) £29,490.00 - £39,320.00
