Job description
Lake Huron Credit Union is looking for an IT Specialist in its Saginaw locations. This person would be responsible for the direct management of the IT functions of the Credit Union to ensure that all network operations support the Credit Union’s goals and objectives. Responsibilities include assisting credit union staff with problem solving, as well as being able to identify, research and resolve technical problems and convey the resolutions to staff, maintaining the security of data proprietary to the Credit Union, setting policies and developing short term and long term technology plans, working with auditors and examiners to ensure compliance to all regulations and well as ensuring proper maintenance of all computer hardware, software, and system tools.
This person must have the highest level of confidentiality essential with all information and materials, willingness to assist others, ability to communicate complex information clearly, attentive to detail, strong problem solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects, ability to coordinate with other departments, ability to operate network servers and other business equipment. Degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.08 - $26.49 per hour
