Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting issues, configuring ERP to meet business needs, and providing technical support to internal users.

The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:
Technical Support and Application Management:
- Provide technical support for internal and third-party applications, including company websites.
- Ensure smooth integration of the ERP system with other software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from the ERP system and other sources.
- Develop reports, tables, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Continuously improve data analysis processes and tools.
ERP Configuration and Customization:
- Make changes, reconfigurations, and customizations within the ERP system.
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement system enhancements.
- Identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.
- Identify and address time-sensitive issues within the Acumatica ERP system.
- Troubleshoot problems, determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and instruct users on corrective measures.
Process Improvement and Automation:
- Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions.
- Leverage existing automation tools to enhance operational workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to propose innovative process improvements.
Coordinating with End-Users and 3rd Party Support:
- Act as a liaison between end-users and third-party support vendors.
- Facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams and follow up on their resolution.
You are our ideal candidate if you have the following:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in I.T. infrastructure and/or cloud systems
- Experience with at least one of the following ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamic, Epicor, Infor)
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Jira
- Ability to work under pressure on mission-critical systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including purchasing, sales, inventory management, e-commerce, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end ERP life cycle, from implementation to maintenance and upgrades.
- Experience with automation tools and cross-software integration.
- Task Management System experience.
- CRM experience
- Basic understanding of web development concepts.
- Familiarity with relational database structure and network troubleshooting.
- Experience working with Windows server infrastructure as well as AWS.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements across systems. Highly self-motivated with a commitment to staying up to date on the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
