Job description
A fantastic opportunity for development and longevity has arisen for a trainee within ADV Communications, a Dickerman Group company.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, keen and eager IT apprentice to be first line support for our internal IT supporting our group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
· First line internal IT support for in house systems
· Identifying faults and undertaking repairs and if necessary liaising with our off site IT company
· Installing and removing user software on laptops as needed
· Maintaining printers
· Provide assistance with Telephony
· Keep up to date on all compliance required within IT
· Supporting the ADV department, this could be on site at our head office or at another external venue.
· Further development in training courses will be provided
You must have/be:
· Fully proficient in Microsoft office packages
· Have a full driving licence
· A confident telephone manner with a can-do attitude
· Be able to work on your own initiative
The ideal candidate will be self-disciplined, have an interest in audio visual and technology, mature, independent, driven and more importantly wants to build a successful career.
Salary is dependant on age and experience.

Salary: From £13,500.00 per year
