The Solution Consultant is a key role in successfully delivering for our NHS clients as part of their long-term Population Health Management Programme which aims to increase analytics capability across the system in order to better respond to pressures in services and tackle health disparities, putting a strong focus on prevention.
1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or 4 years related work experience
- Plus at least 1 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client facing or HCIT solution work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare or related field
- At least 1 year experience working with the NHS
- At least 1 year experience working with Electronic Health Records or NHS Data

You will work with system stakeholders to agree on the overall design of the solution and algorithms, subsequently liaising with internal teams to deliver the technical implementation to our clients and working through recommended practices. You will be responsible for running all aspects of Data Validation until final activation, working closely with client counterparts and project management on joint testing, final acceptance, and client training for continuity-of-services setup. This role will not disengage after the initial activation and will continue to work across clients on all aspects of data and design validations, delivering against a roadmap comprised of new Data Sources, Clinical Registries and Analytics Dashboards.
