About KOBU SMART
KOBU SMART UK is an IT Systems and services who provides support around London and surroundings.
Newly and fresh company who needs IT Smart Hands technicians to expand the areas of services and rapid responses to the customers on-site.
About the role
The IT Smart Hands job title is defined by the fact that most of the work is done at customer’s locations (Field, Lab,
HQ).
In the field, they can act as service representatives, oversee operations, install IT equipment and maintain and repair the existing one, or supervise all engineering operations at any given location.
This position requires advanced customer service and Enterprise technical support abilities, strong analytical and problem solving skills, a high level of professionalism, the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and self- motivation. The job will include travel around the UK on a regular basis.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide single point of contact for customer support issues
- Investigations of issues rising from the customers.
- Perform remedial repair activities on customer site
- Apply fundamental troubleshooting skills to issues before escalating to the appropriate group
- Help with the installation process of new and advanced products
- Perform UAT testing of new versions on customer’s environment
- Creativity thinking of customer scenarios and test cases.
Ability to be operative during Business Hours (09:00 - 18:00 UCT)

Job Requirements
Must have:-
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Good understanding of IT and technology.
- Basic understanding of Software / Hardware architecture.
- Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business need (Domestic and international trips)
- Ability to own issue resolution, root cause analysis and remediation
- Ability to interact with clients, management and peers in an appropriate, professional manner
- Ability to work independently and self-study
- Team worker
Advantage to have: -
- Adaptable to a rapidly changing environments
- Experience in Networking
- Strong Experience in Computers how they work and ability to resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Experience or proficiency in Telephone Systems
- Availability to pick up jobs during Business Hours (09:00-18:00)
- Additional Language
Additional job requirements:-
- Ability for day by daily check / reply to emails, and log in on the Company’s platform.
- Ability to accept at any time any given project and commit to facilitate and finish them
Job Type:
- Minimum 2 hours customer on-site paid hours + Commissions + Bonus (Depends of the jobs covered and what frequency of jobs).
- This job it matches as a contractor working per hour and we cannot promise the volume of jobs you can get in a week,as it depends of the customer needs and the approval to complete the job by us.

- Rarely we cover a job on Saturdays
