The IT Service Owner will be responsible for the Service Management activities for local project management products (Primavera/ Planisware ) and document management products (OpenText).
The post holder will liaise with business stakeholders by collecting, managing, translating and enhancing business requirements. In addition you will coordinate and track subcontractor activities according to Service Level Agreements.
This is an opportunity for an individual with some background in an IT Environment to grow and gain new skills working within a challenging and multi-dimensional environment collaborating with IT colleagues from different functions in an international environment.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Lead the IT Product/Application or Service MFT team in order to manage the IT Product/Application or Service lifecycle, both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational SLA's.
Responsible for Continuous Release Management.
Ensure the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use, and a ensure solutions that best serves both.
Ensure that the known Product/Application or Service vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner.
Define chargeback models for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services.
Define and go-to-market of the product and service (line).

Background and passionate for working in an IT environment
Know how in Planisware - Unified Planning would be ideal
Know how in Document Management / Enterprise Content Management Solutions
Know how in Project and Portfolio Management Tools
Strong Analytical skills and the ability to produce clear IT design
With the role being a combination of two, we will consider strong technical specialist from an IT environment who are motivated to learn and work in an international team with strong guidance and support.
