What you will do:
Providing IT service management to colleagues, and helping to bridge the gap between IT and the business- Building clear strategies and plans to enhance and improve the service provided
- Supporting our Incident Management processes, coordinating efforts to restore service disruptions quickly
- Assisting with Problem Management, RCA reporting, trend analysis or managing specific Problem Records
- Maintaining and monitoring ITSM SOPs, P&Ps, SLA, OLA and IT Service Catalogues on a regular basis
- Developing and maintaining regular reviews with our business partners, articulating the performance of IT, updates, feedback and efforts aligned to Service Improvements
- Ensuring agreed commitments detailed within IT SLAs are met and documented for clarity and Audit purposes

What you will need:
Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders- Experience within an IT service management role
- It is essential that you have in-depth knowledge of ITIL (V3+) best practice, with ITIL Foundation certified, and how to implement, look after and monitor it
- Working experience of ServiceNow, as this role will be fully utilising this
- Experience of working with key stakeholders efficiently at all levels
