IT Service Desk Assistant
Health Partners is one the UK’s leading Occupational Health organisations; we combine expert advice and clinical services with smart systems to deliver impact driven health programs tailored to our client’s needs.
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Team Assistant to help provide day to day provision of IT support Services to multiple sites across the UK, the service desk team support over 750 employees across the UK.
Ideally you will be located near Brighton to work from our offices but we would also consider remote working.
What you'll be doing:
- Dealing politely and efficiently with callers and resolving simple issues during the telephone call with the help of scripts and flow charts.
- Setting realistic expectations with the caller for issues that will take longer to resolve and self-prioritising workloads to keep to the expectations set.
- Managing Incidents and Requests through the provided ITSM solution.
- Promptly escalating issues that are more complex.
- Maintaining ownership of the escalated issues on behalf of the caller until resolved by agreeing timescales with colleagues and chasing for the outcome.
- Accurately recording tickets on behalf of users and gathering sufficient information to promote the best chance of a rapid first-time fix.
- Responsible for prioritising and managing their own queue of work within the ticketing system.
- Completing the onboarding / offboarding process
- Troubleshoot and resolve user IT support requests in a professional and efficient manner within agreed SLA’s.
- Preferably experience working with cloud services and Service Now.
- Ideally experience with exchange service mailbox administration experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory.
- Strong Microsoft Office365 administration.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
