One Property Recruitment are working with a highly reputable leasehold managing agent who are well-established within South Kensington and Chelsea area. Known for their impeccable management across their growing high-end portfolio of prestigious London properties, my client is searching for an enthusiastic and highly organised Junior Client Accountant.
This position would suit someone with strong bookkeeping/transactional experience, who is keen to kick start their career with a progressive and forward-thinking business. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role and will be confident to hit the ground running in supporting
Your core duties will include:-
· Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts
· Carrying out bank payments and reconciliations
· Issuing service charge and ground rent demands
· Chasing arrears
· Assisting in circulating information to clients and responding to requests as needed
· Maintaining the system and ensuring it is up to date with any relevant changes
· Answering any queries from leaseholders in respect of service charge and credit control, with customer service at the forefront of delivery
· General bookkeeping duties for invoices, cheques, utility payments.
My client offers excellent long-term progression within the business, with many of their current senior team having started in a similar position and being given the platform to progress. They will sponsor your ACCA/AAT exams too, should you desire.

I am looking for individuals with the following experience/attributes:-
- Must have experience within accounting, ideally in block management/commercial
- Highly organised and attention to detail
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written
- Keen to learn and progress within leasehold sector
