What you will be doing...
As our new IT Service-Desk Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll become a part of an existing team of highly skilled technical support engineers, providing support 24/7 to the technology-enabled workforce within Jet2.com and Jet2holidays both in our UK bases and overseas.

What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll offer excellent customer service, via multiple channels (Phone, Email or Self-Service)
- You’ll own and prioritise Incidents and Service Requests raised in our ITSM tool (Service-Now)
- You’ll collaborate with other technical resolver teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents or fulfilment of requests.
- You’ll use existing knowledge articles to perform known fixes, whilst also continuously looking for improving or creating new articles
What you’ll have:
- You’ll have a logical approach to troubleshooting both Hardware and Software problems
- You’ll have some previous experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite
- You’ll have a good understanding of networking technologies (WAN/LAN)
- You’ll understand IT Best Practices and ITIL
