Basic Salary - £22,000 with a chance of a 15% bonus scheme monthly

We have an opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team of staff in the IT department which has become available due to an internal promotion. The successful candidate will primarily be home based but based in Glasgow / Central belt Scotland.
This is a full Time role for 37.5 hours a week.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Good experience of working in professional, service-oriented IT team; supporting large enterprise (50+ sites), 4000+ support calls per month
- Good experience of supporting Windows OS platform, including: Windows 7 & Windows 10
- supporting Microsoft Office 2010 & O365 products
- Basic network troubleshooting
Duties of this role include:
- The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for logging incidents and service requests via telephone and email; providing remote support to users and in accordance with any defined legal, regulatory or “best practice” standards. Typical tasks include:
- Log incidents and service requests via telephone and email
- Provide remote support to users of IT services
- User administration
