Vines of Guildford is looking for a Head of Marketing & CRM.
Your role
Having a dedicated and blended approach to delivering the fundamentals of Marketing & CRM, whilst driving innovation, has made us an award-winning department which takes great pride in supporting the achievement of our business ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and taking a hands-on approach to deliver our Marketing & CRM strategy, alongside the wider Marketing & CRM team.
- Support Vines Group’s evolving vision by defining and managing the process, timings and outputs of the operational planning framework, ensuring that all Marketing functions deliver plans that support the delivery of strategic and commercial objectives
- Reporting on and improving our customer engagement and lead handling process to drive business KPIs, maintaining best practices, and improving the customer experience.
- Developing a deep understanding of automotive industry complexities and innovative customer engagement tools to optimise and maximise opportunities
- Coaching, leading, and supporting an established Marketing & CRM team of 4, to drive business strategy through cross-functional marketing and CRM activities
- Driving the compliance agenda across Marketing activities
Your profile
To be successful in the role, a standout candidate will be:
- Commercially focused, possess strong Marketing & CRM experience and strategic management within the Automotive industry.
- Experienced at leading, motivating, and challenging teams and individuals at all levels of an organisation
- A proven track record of strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly process-orientated, analytical, and results-focused
- Strong EQ
- Values independence and has a growth mindset
