Job description
We are seeking an experienced IT Senior Systems Analyst to join our Systems team. Working with the IT Service and Infrastructure Manager you will support state of the art infrastructure across multiple sites aligned with ITIL 4 Framework. Methodical thinking with the ability to engage others.
You will have experience in a fast-paced environment working with and hands on configuration of:
- Networking and infrastructure with cisco-based products,
- Using and designing VMWare solutions from 7.1
- ESXI hosts
- Firewalls and security product and protocols through Azure
- Citrix solutions
- Azure and office 365 hybrid solutions
- Active directory
- Storage arrays managing and diagnostics
- Producing policies and procedure
- Working within a ITIL 4 framework and qualified to MP
- Experience of delivering system projects
- Qualification in the above is required to demonstrate competency

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
