Dilly & Dolly’s is a Belfast based Cafe. With the bold statement of being the ‘prettiest café in Ireland.’ The intention of Dilly and Dolly’s is to delight our customer’s senses. Not only with the smell of locally roasted coffee, the taste of beautifully made food, drinks and treats, we also intend it to be a visual experience.
We have invested in creating a unique aesthetic for the brand, coupled with our high-quality products and creative branded packaging every detail of Dilly and Dolly’s has been meticulously and intentionally decided upon.
We propose to take these same fundamentals of delighting the senses set out in the flagship store and adapting the concept to fit the premises in Belfast City Centre with an increased offering.
As part of Dilly and Dolly’s ethos of delighting the senses, the branding and visual aspect is very much at the centre of who we are as a company. Rigorous detailing and substantial investment have already been made in creating an ‘Instagrammable Brand’. Our proposal is to expand this to our new premises generating an aesthetically pleasing hub.
We are looking for someone who has experience in both a food and drink environment, knows the value of building and maintaining a brilliant team and who has a natural flair with guests. We have exciting growth plans and offer plenty of opportunity for the right person. The brand you will be a part of is completely unique and you will be part of bringing a little colour to Belfast.
Roles and Responsibilities:
You will:
·Create a close team in an exciting, fast paced environment
·Ensure guests get the best food and drinks consistently
·Ensure your team deliver on your values time and time again
·Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance
·Have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
·Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of guest management, at all times
·Be accountable for all cash management throughout the business
·Be responsible for accurate rota-planning
Experience required:
We are looking for an ambitious, highly focused individual
·Have 2+ years’ supervisor experience within a food and drinks establishment
·A natural flair for hospitality and passion for excellence
·Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for providing a great customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour
