Feel Good Fridays - 4pm Finish - Clock off early and go enjoy your weekend!
Blue Sky Brunch - Once a month the Team get together for a paid Brunch to discuss everyone's ideas, visions and ambitions for the business - All about YOUR say. We're a collaborative Team and we like everyone to get involved and have a say about everything concerning the business!
Daily Standups - Nothing heavy at all - One per day first thing in the morning where we get together virtually to discuss our key focus and plans for the day.
NO KPI's - Counterproductive - Not what we're about whatsoever!

We are a “New Normal”, flexible business who have embraced and adapted to all things Work from Home. As long as we can see you for our Blue Sky Brunch gathering once a month then happy days!
The role……
You’ll join the #unifyfamily as a Talent Partner.
You’ll immerse yourself in the Tech Community building trusted relationships with Superstar Talent within your niche specialism of IT, Digital or Technology. This could range from Software Development & Engineering, QA, Data, Product, Infrastructure & Cloud Services, DevOps, Projects & Change to name a few.
You’ll help connect your Superstar Talent with Superstar Clients through a mix of traditional contingency recruitment methods and our modern embedded partnership solutions. We offer our clients a range of bespoke solutions tailored to their business need, model and budget.
You’ll put people first, without compromise. We’re not about the pushy sales and the short-term gain, we build long-term, loyal relationships.
Our desks are "SMOKING HOT" with a plethora of awesome roles to deliver for our existing loyal customer base, however this will be a 360 role and you will want to carve out a name for yourself winning and nurturing your own clients.
YOU……..
If you’re a proven billing consultant with 6-12 Months IT, Digital or Technology recruitment experience, ideally with some exposure to 360 and/or Business Development/Account Management and have the appetite for it then we want to hear from you.
