We are seeking an energetic and driven IT Recruiter specializing in business development to join our Out of Office team. You will have the opportunity to shape our recruitment strategy and drive the OOO ethos in your region. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with top talent, developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic recruitment and business development efforts.
Here are some of the exciting responsibilities that await you:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates & manage client accounts effectively and prospects from CXC, to understand their needs, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent from around the world, using various channels such as social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and fit with our team and culture.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience at every step.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and business development and share insights with the team to continuously improve our strategies.
