The Role:
As an IT Project Manager your role will be pivotal in delivering consulting services for change management, specifically relating to critical IT infrastructures to our prestigious clients.
You will be responsible for delivering ad-hoc project and programme management engagements, and must possess a fundamental understanding and the ability to streamline and document existing migration and consultancy methodology. Encompassed in this role will be the responsibility to support the business at pre-sales stage, working closely with the pre-sales team, providing an in-depth understanding on how the business resources projects, ensuring excellent service delivery and exceeding our clients’ expectations.
To be successful in the role you must be an effective communicator and possess the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships, as a key interface between the company and our clients.
- *Skills and experience needed for the IT Project Manager role:
- 5+ Years’ IT Project Management experience.
- Experience within the data centre space is crucial.
- Project Management qualifications preferred but not essential.
- The ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.
- The ability to co-ordinate resources across multiple projects within an IT function.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- *Salary:
£40,000 – £50,000 gross per annum dependant on relevant experience.

Working Hours:
0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
Location:
This role has the ability to be based from either our Croydon HQ (CR0) or London City office (EC3R). Hybrid working is available post probation.
