Job Title – IT Project Manager
Salary - £40,000 – 45,000 DOE
Based – Royal Wootton Bassett
Reporting to – IT Director

Established in the UK in 2011, founded by experienced travel entrepreneur and CEO Robin Deller along with co-founder Natalie Maye. Imagine Cruising are experts in creating luxury Cruise and Stay Holidays, selling over 60,000 holidays a year with a turnover in excess of £200m.
Located in the UK, our Head Office is home to a team of over 200 who specialise in creating competitively priced, unique cruise packages targeted at both traditional cruisers and the “new to cruise” market. In addition to our cruise holidays, we also create a selection of luxury land-based holidays that are unique to every individual that take them on a journey into the heart of a region.
Expansion over the years have enabled us to open offices in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia (Brisbane & Perth) with a total of over 300 employees globally.

This will help develop both individuals and the company as a whole in our fast moving and developing business.
Job Purpose
The Project manager will ensure that designated projects are completed on time and within budget. This will require working with project stakeholders and agreeing timelines and resources schedules.
The establishment and management of a project board is required to ensure that all stakeholders have visibility of project issues and risks.
The ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously is required. Some projects are digital in orientation and will require specific digital experience including web development.
Typical activities
· Agreeing project objectives
· Representing the client's or organisation's interests
· Providing advice on the management of projects
· Organising the various resources working on a project
· Conducting risk assessment
· Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
· Making sure the quality standards are met
· Using IT or other systems to keep track of people and progress
· Overseeing the budgetary requirements
· Reporting to the client or senior stakeholders on progress
· Evaluating and reporting the success of the project against its benchmarking
· Sharing lessons or best practice with other organisations or project managers.
Essential Skills
· 5 years + Project Management experience
· PMI or Prince 2 accredited
· Experience of managing projects in all areas of IT
· Change Management experience
· Extensive people skills
· Numeracy skills
· Budgetary experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Ability to resolve project conflicts
· Management and leadership skills
· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
