Position Summary
F.H.P Global Resources Ltd is looking for an IT professional to take the lead with an ongoing IT project. We require someone with a substantial amount of experience and knowledge in the IT industry. Must have a good understanding of servers, how they are used and understand web development/web design etc.
We have recently worked with Web developers to produce a website (which still requires work). We feel that more changes are neccessary but are unsure how to implement them and bring the site together successfully. The company is a Tool sales, hire and repair.
We may decide to use a software for the initial opening of the business depending on how the site functions when it is brought together.
The ideal person MUST be confident within themselves, be willing to suggest new ideas, input positive opinions. They must have a brilliant understanding of IT and plenty of experience helping us to bring the project to a close (the website) and begin launching the business for trading to the public.
Essential Functions:
- Provide information and support to ensure efficient operation of the company’s business.
- Help take the lead in a project by offering knowledge, skills, experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for assigned accounts.
- Train other staff members to use chosen software
- Work with customer to obtain necessary information to complete the resolution of the issue.
- Work in a team environment with other Service Technicians and Sales assistants.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School experience is fine, IT G.C.S.E OR- College is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 year experience in IT
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Jira software, Magento software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
