Product Owner (IT)

Health Partners is looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic and growing Product team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be working closely with a team of Product Owners and a Senior Product Manager on the management and creation of products that service and enhance our bespoke health care platform. Day to day, you will be working directly with a team of Product Owners and will act as an ambassador for the product both internally and externally.
The role will be a hybrid model with an understanding that it will be primarily home-based and where necessary will require you to attend meetings in office spaces – we presently have an office Brighton (Sussex), Uckfield (Sussex) and Solihull (W. Midlands).
What you'll be doing:
- As a Product Owner you will act as the guide into a collaborative multi-disciplined IT team, starting with the next gate into Delivery and you will need to curate and own your Products through Engineering, Testing and into Live.
- Take command of key product workstreams that Health Partners relies on to deliver functionality for clients and internal management alike.
- Setting and managing expectations aligned to each of the product workstreams
- Contribute to the setting of standard practices and processes for the Product Discipline and to ensure these are adhered to and best practice is followed to support an agile delivery methodology.
What you will have:
- Proven experience working in a Product, BA or Project Management role
- Experience in Requirements Elicitation and Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, System Impact Mapping and process mapping
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ideally have a broad technical knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Solutions and Microsoft Azure
- Preferably have experience of working on a compliant environment (i.e. and ISO27001 Information Security Management System.
- Have worked in an agile scrum environment with an understanding of Kanban.
