Job description
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for facilitating day-to-day Operations with large Business customers, with a special focus on Leasing Companies and Corporate Clients. You will work across the entire customer journey, from order processing to delivery, invoicing, cash collection and after-sales services. The main priority is to ensure smooth and seamless processes.
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations with large business customers
- Act as primary point of contact for Leasing Company’s or Corporate customers across Delivery Operations and Customer Ownership.
- Together with the Finance & Leasing Operations Manager you will be responsible for the definition and implementation of processes and procedures with leasing companies across all areas;
Ordering on Tesla For Business- Delivery
- Registration
- Invoicing
- Account & Driver Management
- Service
Play an active role on the quick adoption of digital tools such as the Tesla for Business Platform- Ensure operational contractual agreement terms are met by our customers with a particular focus on prompt payment to Tesla
- Responsible for revenue recognition and final payment collection in collaboration with Sales, Service and Delivery
