PENIEL ACHIEVERS LTD is looking for a Tech person to join our team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to learn. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. This position will be responsible for the following:
- Troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues
Assist customers with technical questionsMaintain a high level of knowledge of PENIEL ACHIEVERS LTD productsMaintain a high level of knowledge of the business side of the companyMaintain a high level of knowledge of the IT environment and its associated risksProvide support to other departments and employees as neededPerform other duties as assigned by managementThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Candidates with experience in IT, Networking, or Security are preferred. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn about our products and services and help us grow. We are a small company, so we want someone who is able to work well with others and have good customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and have fun along the way!**
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
