IT Manager
Technology and Data is a high priority at Novus Property Solutions and we are excited about a new role that has been created to further strengthen our IT team. The IT Manager will join us to lead the existing well established technical experts that manage our day to day IT operations, application support and continuous improvement projects. The IT Manager is a hands-on role that its responsible for ensuring the Novus technology, data and application infrastructure remains highly available, secure and fit for purpose.

An outline of your responsibilities as an IT Manager
- Manage your established team of experts
- Ensure a clear IT infrastructure & Applications roadmap is in place
- Critical incidents are managed effectively, and issues communicated to the business
- Establish KPIs, prepare, interpret, and present complex reports and provide advice to senior management
- Proactively lead on the management of the cloud and on premise IT, Application & data infrastructure
- The company achieves and maintain relevant best practise & industry certifications such as ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials
About you
If you have experience of working with Microsoft Azure Pass, & O365, you will have the technical knowledge to support our team, additionally experience with firewalls, VPN, MPLS, SD,WAN and Wifi secure networks will give you the understanding required to be successful. You will be a forward thinking, proactive leader who is passionate about technology and how it can support our business, ideally you will have some managerial skills but we would be open to a candidate that has all the technical skills and is looking for support to help them step into a management role.
