About the role
- To manage daily IT & T needs and requests
- To assume responsibility for the Hotel IT&T systems in the absence of the Senior IT Management.
- To be conversant with the Hotel IT&T Managers responsibilities
- To manage and resolve ticket incidents.
- To ensure all guest bedrooms have working HSIA and IRES Systems
- To assist hotel guests with the HSIA and IRES Systems
- To maintain the HSIA and IRES Systems in the hotel
- To assist hotel guests with all other IT & T related issues
- To attend daily meetings with Hotel IT&T Manager
- To ensure all Conference and Meetings are set up if requested for all IT & T needs.
- To assist MOLON staff with day-to-day issues
- To assist Hotel IT&T Manager with Hotel Projects
- To Proactively prevent issues before they occur (Put procedures in Place)
- As and when required, take support calls out of hours.
- To escalate issues to the Regional VP IT&T if the Hotel IT&T Manager cannot be reached in a reasonable time or if the Hotel IT&T Manager is on Leave
- To attend weekly Event management meetings
